Dr. Yukio Hatoyama
Dr. Hatoyama, aged 66, has been elected as the 93th Prime Minister of Japan sine 16 September 2009. First elected to the House of Representatives in 11986, Hatoyama became the President of Democratic Party of Japan, the main opposition party in Japan, in May 2009. He then led the party to victory in the August 2009 general election and was subsequently appointed as the Prime Minister in September. He held office as a member in the House of Representatives for the eighth consecutive term.
Dr. Hatoyama graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Tokyo in 1969 and received a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University in 1976.
Dr. Hatoyama served and contributed to the community by adhering to his motto "affection", which earned general praises and credits from various sectors of the society. Leveraging on the spirit of "affection", Dr. Hatoyama succeeded in establishing a mutual respect and friendly cooperative relationship with China, Africa and international communities.

Dr. Hui, aged 48, received a Doctor Honoris Causa in Economics and IFES Doctoris Honoris Causa from the Institute of Far Eastern Studies, The Russian Academy of Sciences in 2002. The Department of Social Sciences of The Russian Academy of Sciences had also awarded Dr. Hui the scientific degree of Doctor Honoris Causa in 2005. Dr. Hui had over 10 years of experience in the investment, exploration and exploitation of oil and gas business. He has been the chairman of the board of over 20 companies such as Hoifu Petroleum Group Limited (凱富石油集團有限公司), Madagascar Industrial and Commercial Bank (馬達加斯加工商銀行), Madagascar Southern Petroleum Company Limited (馬達加斯加南方石油有限公司) and Madagascar Northern Petroleum Company Limited (馬達加斯加北方石油有限公司). From 2004 to 2010, Dr. Hui was the chairman and an executive director of SinoUnion Energy Investment Group Limited, which was subsequently re-named as Yanchang Petroleum International Limited, a company whose shares are listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange (stock code: 346) and engaged in the investment, exploration and exploitation of oil and gas business. Dr. Hui was a member of the 9th, 10th and 11th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. He is the chairman of the Confucian Academy of Hong Kong, a standing committee member of the All-China Federation of Industry & Commerce, the honorable president of the Beijing Federation of Industry & Commerce, a standing committee member of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, the president of Hong Kong Xian Trade Association Limited, the president of the Hong Kong General Association of International Investment and the chief president of the Federation of Hong Kong Guangdong Community Organisation. Dr. Hui is also the Honorary Consul in Hong Kong of the Republic of Madagascar. All these years, Dr. Hui has been actively participating in promoting poverty alleviation and charity, and he has been awarded the China Glory Society Medal for Poverty Alleviation (中國光彩事業扶貧獎章) and accredited as China Top Ten Poverty Alleviation Contributor (全國十大扶貧狀元) by the government of the PRC. In recognition of the outstanding contribution of Dr. Hui to poverty alleviation, the International Minor Planet Naming Committee (國際小行星命名委員會) approved permanently naming the minor planet No. 5390 as "Hui Chi Ming Planet".
Mr. Neil Bush (Deputy chairman)
Mr. Bush, aged 57, graduated from Tulane University with a bachelor's degree in International Economics and from the Tulane University Freeman School of Business with a master's degree in Business Administration. Mr. Bush had over 30 years of experience in energy related businesses and international business development. He formed oil companies 4 which explored oil resources in various states in the United States of America, and has also engaged in various international business development activities with a focus on the PRC and Middle East and in particular, he visited cities in the PRC and worked with numerous entities on a variety of projects including real estate development, energy, automobile parts, sheet rock manufacturing and paint production. From 7 December 2010 to 20 July 2012, Mr. Bush was a non-executive director of China Resources and Transportation Group Limited, a company of which the shares are listed on the Stock Exchange (stock code: 269). Mr. Bush is currently the President of ATX Oil, a company involved in the upstream oil and gas development in the United States of America. He is also the Chairman of the Points of Light Institute, a national charitable organisation formed by President George H.W. Bush in 1989 that promotes citizen service through volunteerism in communities all across America and increasingly overseas, and serves on the boards of the Houston Salvation Army, and the Bush School of Government and Public Service.
Mr. Lam Kwok Hing
Mr. Lam, aged 48, Mr. Lam has extensive experience in the securities, options, fund management and financial advisory industry. In 1981, he joined Sun Hung Kai Securities Limited, respectively, in U.S. stocks, futures, gold, and customer service. Karl Thomson, founded in 1989, purchased securities license and two futures license, and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange members and members of the Hong Kong Futures Exchange, is a registered futures dealer of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong registered dealer in securities.
He is Chairman and Managing Director of Asia Tele-Net and Technology Corporation Limited (Stock code : 679). He was Chairman of Karl Thomson Holdings Limited and Managing Director of Intech Machines Co., Ltd.
Mr. Nam Kwok Lun
Mr. Nam, aged 53, is executive director of the Group. He is responsible for overall strategic planning and operations and in charge of the execution and further development of the Group's expansion plan. He is a co-founder of the Group and is in charge of the stockbroking, futures and options broking, securities margin financing business, fund management and financial advisory business. Mr. Nam has extensive experience in the securities, futures and options, securities margin financing, fund management and financial advisory industry. He has been a member of the Hong Kong Securities Institute. Mr. Nam is also as the Deputy Chairman and Executive Director of ATNT. He is the brother of Mr. Lam Kwok Hing.
Dr. Chui Say Hoe
Dr. Chui, aged 64 , has been the executive director and general manager of Sun Hoe Company Limited, a company engaged in medicine distribution and trading business, since 1978. Dr. Chui is also a director of the Honorable Mr. Tsui Sze Man (GBM) Foundation For the Development of Technology and Education in Myanmar Ltd., since 2000. He is also a director of the Mirror Post culture Enterprises Co., Ltd., since 2009. Before joining Sun Hoe Company Limited, Dr. Chui worked in commercial bank in Hong Kong for about 5 years. Dr. Chui has more than 20 years experiences in commerce and general business management. He was granted Honorary Doctorate of Management from Morrison University, Nevada, U.S.A. Dr. Chui was a member of Post-release Supervision Board, HKSAR, from November 2005 to November 2007. He is now an adjudicator of the Registration of persons Tribunal. Dr. Chui was award The World Outstanding Chinese Award by World Outstanding Chinese Association. Dr. Chui was an executive director of Sino Union Energy Investment Group Limited (Stock code: 346, currently known as Yanchang Petroleum International Limited) from 2 November 2004 to October 2010.

Mr. Chen Wei-Ming Eric
Mr. Chen, aged 48, is a director of several general trading companies in Hong Kong. Mr. Chen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Boston University in Massachusetts, USA and is engaged in the chemical trading business. Mr. Chen was appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director since September 2000.
Mr. Kwan Wang Wai Alan
Mr. Kwan, aged 49, holds a Bachelor degree in Engineering Science and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Oxford and has over 20 years of experience in the consumer electronics field. Mr. Kwan is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of ATNT. He was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director since September 2004.
Mr. Ng Chi Kin David
Mr. Ng, aged 50, is a professional accountant with over 20 years of professional experience and is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, member of CPA Australia, the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in the United Kingdom. Mr. Ng is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of ATNT. He was appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company since September 2000.

Dr. Wang Tao
Dr. Wang Tao, male, was born on 4 November 1931. Dr. Wang is a professor of China Nanjing University and China University of Petroleum, he is also a foreign academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Science. He has more than 50 years' successful experience in geological research, oil field exploration and operational management.
Dr. Wang Tao has been acting as the deputy chairman of the World Petroleum Congress Council since 1994, currently Dr. Wang also acts as the chairman of China National Committee of World Petroleum Congress, the deputy director general of Sino-Arabian Friendship Association and the director general of Sino-Saudi Friendship Association.
Dr. Wang Tao had been the head geologist at the Research Institute under the Ministry of Petroleum of China, general manager of China National Petroleum Corporation and Minister of Petroleum Industry of China. Over the past years Dr. Wang had been directing exploration at Daqing oil field, Shengli oil field, Liaohe oil field and Xinjiang oil field etc.
On 25 September 2005, the World Petroleum Congress Council granted Dr. Wang Tao an "Outstanding Contribution Award" in commendation of his extraordinary contribution to the development of the World Petroleum Congress Council.
Dr. Wang Tao has always been providing strong support to and actively participating in providing guidance, co-ordination and decision making on oil field exploration and exploitation activities in Madagascar, as well as its production and operations. The magnificent achievement attained in the exploration and exploitation activities by the petroleum industry in Madagascar is closely connected with and attributable to the care, support and professional guidance given by Dr. Wang. Industrial production and operation of the petroleum project in Madagascar is proceeding orderly according to the development plan laid down by him.
Mr. Lalaharisaina Joelivalerien
Mr. Lalaharisaina Joelivalerien, male, was born on 16 September 1950. He possesses a diploma of Mineralogical Engineer from the Advanced Institute of Technology of University of Antananarivo in Madagascar, a high diploma in the Management of Petroleum Company of the Advanced Business School at the University of Montreal in Canada, a Certificate of Petroleum Engineering Training awarded by the University of Alberta in Canada, a Certificate of Petroleum Drilling Engineering Training awarded by the University of Houston in the United States, a Certificate of Training on Petroleum Management and Policy in Norway, and a Certificate of Training on Energy Planning and Management Economics in Canada.
Mr. Lalaharisaina Joelivalerien has served as the head of governmental departments and the leader of large state-owned enterprises for the exploration and exploitation of the petroleum and natural gas, as well as the production and operation of coal chemical products in Madagascar for a long time. He possessed extensive experience in and is capable of providing leadership for the operation and management of enterprises engaged in the petroleum, natural gas and coal chemical industry. He had been a project engineer at the Office Des Mines Nationales Et Des Industries Strategiques of Madagascar, the person in charge of the Drilling Department under the Office Des Mines Nationales Et Des Industries Strategiques of Madagascar, the deputy director of the Petroleum Bureau under the Office Des Mines Nationales Et Des Industries Strategiques of Madagascar, the director of the Petroleum Bureau under the Office Des Mines Nationales Et Des Industries Strategiques of Madagascar, the general manager of SMOCAS (Society For Minerals And Oil Cnsulting And Assistance Servics), the deputy director general of the Office Des Mines Nationales Et Des Industries Strategiques of Madagascar and the director general of the Office Des Mines Nationales Et Des Industries Strategiques of Madagascar . Mr. Lalaharisaina Joelivalerien has in depth knowledge of the geographical distribution of oil and natural gas reserves in Madagascar, he is also familiar with conditions of Madagascar, as well as its government policy and governmental administrative procedures. He has years of experience working in the government on leading and administrating oil and gas development, and has made significant contribution towards the development of the petroleum industry in Madagascar.
Mr. Bian Qijun
Mr. Bian Qijun, male, was born on 12th December 1958. Mr. Bian possesses an academic degree. He is a professional petroleum exploration engineer, and is the general manager of Yunnan Kaiyuan Petroleum and Natural Gas Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd..
Mr. Bian has been engaged in the technical aspects of petroleum and natural gas exploration and exploitation, operation and management of oil field as well as quantity measurement assessment of oil and gas for a long time, and has gained extensive experience in and become authoritative on petroleum and natural gas exploration and exploitation technology, oil field operation and management as well as quantity measurement assessment of oil and gas. He was in charge of the oil field department at Dagang oil field of PetroChina, and had been overseeing the major construction project as well as technological reform projects at Dagang oil field through its completion. Over the past years Mr. Bian was responsible for organizing and had participated in the arbitration of the dispute for major quantity measurement of oil and gas, and the construction work of the automation project for the major quantity measurement brought up by the former Ministry of Petroleum Industry in China and China National Petroleum Corporation. He was an inspector of oil and gas reserve quantity measurement appointed by the former Ministry of Petroleum Industry of China, and was engaged by China National Petroleum Corporation to serve as a member of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Quantity Measurement Arbitration Committee.
In 2007 Mr. Bian Qijun founded Yunnan Kaiyuan Petroleum and Natural Gas Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd. and became its general manager. He had organized and completed exploration and drilling works for oil fields in Yuxi Basin, Yanglin Basin and Luliang Basin in Yunnan. In 2008 he organized and completed the exploration and drilling and oil well excavation engineering work for petroleum zone XV in Mongolia and petroleum zones 3112 and 3113 in Madagascar according to the contract. Mr. Bian Qijun has gained many years of successful experience in carrying out technical decision making and management for the petroleum and natural gas industry, and has also made significant contribution towards the development of the petroleum industry in Madagascar.
Mr. Jiang Youzhuo
Mr. Jiang Youzhuo, male, was born on 29 August 1941. He obtained a professional qualification in petroleum geology from China Chengdu College of Geology and is a senior geologist.
He has been the technician in Dagang Oilfield Research Institute (大港油田研究院), the geological engineer in Jianghan Oilfield Research Institute (江漢油田研究院), the senior geologist and manager in the exploration department of南海東部石油公司, the manager of中石油南方石油勘探開發公司, the deputy chief geologist of the Hainan Exploration Project （海南勘探項目）, the senior geologist and consultant of the project in Area 6, Republic of the Sudan （中石油蘇丹六區項目）, chief geologist, deputy general manager and senior consultant of中聯能源馬達加斯加能源有限公司.
Mr. Jiang Youzhuo has decades of professional leading capability in oil and natural gas exploration and exploitation as well as oil field management. Apart from this, he stationed in Madagascar and many countries in Africa and took charge in the exploration planning and on-field development for the oil field projects in those regions. He contributed enormously to the development of petroleum industry of those countries.
Mr. Ramzy El Adl
Mr. El Adl is one of the most respected geologists in Middle East and North Africa. He has 40 years of experience in the areas of oil and natural gas exploration, development, production, technical and operation management. His past experiences include working in companies such as AMOCO (presently part of BP PLC), St. Joe Minerals, TOTAL, Cities Services (presently Occidental Petroleum), Lundin Group, Coplex Group, Rampex International and PETROSINO. His successful collaboration projects include (but not limited to) the exploration and development achievement obtained from ARCO、PECTEN、BG、Occidental and Lasmo(presently part of AGIP).

Mr. Samir Zidan
Mr. Samir Zidan has over 30 years of experience in data collection, data processing and data reprocessing. From 1973 to 1980, Mr. Zidan was the chief geophysicist of SONATRACH in Algeria, which was then relocated to Kuwait and Abu Dhabi. From 1980 to 1995, Mr. Zidan became the head of Geophysical Operation in Abu Dhabi. He has supervised a large scale 3D survery covering onshore, ocean and shallow water area. In recent years, Mr. Zidan served as the consultant for many organizations in Cairo.
Mr. Mostafa Abul Hamd
Mr. Abul Hamd is a geologist in Egypt. He has over 30 years of experience in seismic data interpretation (2D and 3D), seismic data processing and collection. Mr. Abul Hamud has extensive experience in 2D and 3D interactive seismic structure/ stratum interpretation for the onshore and offshore area in Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Algeria and Yemen.
